Welsh Rugby Union Group (WRU) offers a Rugby Development Apprenticeship Programme across Wales.
The twelve‑month fixed‑term contract provides 30 hours per week, with evenings and weekends as needed, and starts with an induction on 17th September 2026 at the Principality Stadium.
The programme develops youth engagement in rugby, supports community initiatives, and includes Level 4 Foundation study in Sport Management and Development.
