We’re looking for someone to play an important part in keeping the organisation running smoothly. By working with the charity’s Senior Leadership Team, Management, and HR & People Lead, you’ll help the wider team operate in a timely and professional way. This is a chance to be part of an organisation that strives to make a difference every day. Duration: Permanent
Hours: 12 hours per week. Hours can be split across three days.
Location: Hybrid working with Cardiff office as the main base. One day per week in Cardiff office.
What will you do?
- Arrange and coordinate regular internal meetings
- Provide diary management support
- Organise staff travel and accommodation when requested
- Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date records on the organisation’s HR system
