Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Administrator to join our HR Operations Team. Reporting directly to the Assistant HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation during a period of change.

This is more than just a day-to-day role; it’s an opportunity to get hands-on with exciting HR projects that drive real change, while ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions. What will be required of you?

  • As part of your role as an HR Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries.
  • You will take ownership of the recruitment process from creating and placing job adverts all the way through to the onboarding and induction process.
  • You will also take ownership of other processes such as DBS and Invoicing.
  • You will have the opportunity to note take at formal meetings and participate and support on HR Projects.

What you will need to have?

  • Ability to plan and prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines.
  • Strong administration and planning skills.
  • Experience of using HR Systems.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
  • High level of confidentiality.
  • Excellent IT Skills.

What we can offer you?

  • Competitive Salary £24,000 per annum.
  • Annual leave: Colleagues are entitled to 25 days annual leave (pro-rata for part time hours) each full holiday leave year which runs from 1st September to 31 August. Bank and public holidays are in addition to this. After 5 years, your holiday will increase to 28 days.
