Bilingual Arts and Health Project Coordinator
Location: Cardiff | Salary: £25,055 per annum (pro rata) | Hours: Part time | Contract: Fixed‑term to May 2026 (funded by Arts Council Wales)
Responsibilities
- Run Wellness with WNO Zoom workshops and one‑to‑one participant meetings as the WNO representative and digital host.
- Act as main point of contact for Welsh and English‑speaking project participants, handling enquiries by email and phone, communicating schedules, issuing welcome packs and resources.
- Contribute to project planning and logistics, including creating and maintaining databases and registers.
- Drive recruitment for new participants across Wales, using online and in‑person methods (possible infrequent travel).
- Complete KPI monitoring and support data collection and reporting under the Arts Council Wales funding agreement.
Qualifications
- Fluent Welsh speaker and writer.
- Strong understanding of Welsh culture and arts organisations working in a wellness context.
- Demonstrable experience in arts and health or community‑focused settings.
- Experience developing effective administrative systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, hardworking and energetic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative.
