Welsh Gymnastics is seeking a passionate and experienced Performance Programme Manager to lead the delivery and development of performance pathways across our competitive disciplines. Working closely with athletes, coaches, clubs and key partners, you will help create high-quality, athlete-centred environments that support gymnasts on their journey to national and international success.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of performance gymnastics in Wales, leading programmes that are inclusive, sustainable and aligned with our long-term strategic ambitions.

Location: Cardiff (with UK travel required)

Salary: £30,885 – £36,210 (dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
