Welsh Gymnastics is seeking an ambitious and strategic Director of Development to lead the growth of gymnastics across Wales. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the CEO to drive participation, develop community partnerships, secure investment, grow income streams, and create positive experiences for clubs, members, and communities across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of gymnastics in Wales while contributing to a healthy and happy nation.
Location: Welsh Gymnastics Office, Cardiff (hybrid working considered)
Salary: £46,860 – £51,972 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week, part-time considered)
