Adnodd invites applications for two Board Members who will also serve on the Audit & Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC).
You will help set strategic direction, monitor performance and ensure governance, financial management and risk assurance across the organisation.
ARAC duties include independent oversight of internal controls and financial reporting. Board meetings are conducted in Welsh with translation; ARAC meetings are in English.
