The predicted salary is between 33731 - 51942 £ per year.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Operations Quality Team, Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust, for a MPDS Quality Auditor. The successful candidate will be integral to providing communications including coaching bulletins and SWAY where themes and learning are required to share learning and improve or reinforce practices. Training in AQUA and Quality Assurance (Performance Standards) will be provided.
Main duties of the job:
- The successful candidates will work collaboratively with our Learning & Development Team, Concerns Team as building relationships and supporting EMD’s and Supervisors.
- Ensuring quality improvement, and feedback is delivered constructively promoting high standards of practice and supporting any identified areas of learning.
- The successful candidates will produce audit reports evidencing quality assurance for our 999 call answering in line with the IAED performance standards.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. Welsh Language level 1 skills are desirable for this role.
