Der Unternehmensbereich „Informationsmanagement“ agiert als interner Dienstleister – neben den klassischen Tätigkeiten werden unsere Kernsysteme (ERP, CRM, Kundenportal, MS-Plattform, etc.) betreut und Digitalisierungs-Projekte vorangetrieben. Zur Unterstützung suchen wir daher ab sofort eine/n ERP-Applikationsmanager/in.

Deine Tätigkeiten
- Systembetreuung (Lifecycle, Konfiguration, Wartung)
- Changemanagement in Kooperation mit unseren internen & externen Dienstleistern
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten im Bereich Prozessautomatisierung
- Analyse & Bearbeitung oder Koordination von Second-/Third-Level-Anfragen
- Schulungen und Kommunikation insbes. mit Keyusern
Deine Qualifikationen
- Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt (HTL, FH bzw. Uni) oder entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position erforderlich
- Fundiertes Know-How im Systemmanagement, insb. ERP- und CRM-Systeme
- Kommunikationsfreudigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientierte/r Teamplayer/in mit Prozessverständnis
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanksystemen von Vorteil
