- About the Opportunity
Welocity. ai is looking for an experienced Client Solutions Consultant to help grow our presence across the UK.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, client relationships and commercial growth.
You will work directly with organisations across London and the wider UK, understand their technology and talent requirements, and introduce solutions that can help them build and scale their teams.
We are looking for someone who already understands the UK technology services, staffing or recruitment market and is confident developing relationships with new clients.
This is a hands‑on, client‑facing opportunity with significant ownership of the UK market.
- What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients across the UK technology ecosystem.
- Develop relationships with technology companies, enterprises and growing businesses.
- Connect with decision‑makers across Technology, Talent, HR and Procurement.
- Understand clients’ technology, project and hiring requirements.
- Introduce relevant technology services, staffing and talent solutions.
- Develop opportunities from initial conversations through proposals and commercial discussions.
- Attend client meetings, networking sessions and technology industry events across London.
- Build and maintain an active portfolio of prospective and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships across different teams and requirements.
- Work closely with our technology, recruitment and delivery teams to ensure a strong client experience.
- Represent Welocity. ai within the UK technology and business ecosystem.
- What We’re Looking For
You should have 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within one or more of the following:
Technology services | IT staffing | Technology recruitment | Workforce solutions | Technology consulting
You should also bring
- Good knowledge of the UK technology and hiring market.
- Experience working directly with business clients.
- Evidence of developing new client relationships and generating commercial opportunities.
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders.
