Job Responsibilities:
  • A SEO Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs.
  • Mid-level SEO squad members are responsible for helping identify opportunities for the customers to further improve the efficiency or quality of the work delivered.
  • The SEO Manager will also actively participate in client calls and contribute to client relationships.
  • Support the lead members in the delivery of SEO tasks and client communication.
  • Mentoring and tutoring junior members of the team, for example, training and up-skilling.
  • Report on SEO performance to stakeholders and recommend improvements.
  • Proactive analysis of data and quality assurance of SEO squad members’ delivery output.
  • Oversee and present SEO work to the client and senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development.
  • Monitor and analyse key SEO metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO department.
  • Ensure continuous professional development of the SEO team.
