Job Responsibilities:- A SEO Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs.
- Mid-level SEO squad members are responsible for helping identify opportunities for the customers to further improve the efficiency or quality of the work delivered.
- The SEO Manager will also actively participate in client calls and contribute to client relationships.
- Support the lead members in the delivery of SEO tasks and client communication.
- Mentoring and tutoring junior members of the team, for example, training and up-skilling.
- Report on SEO performance to stakeholders and recommend improvements.
- Proactive analysis of data and quality assurance of SEO squad members’ delivery output.
- Oversee and present SEO work to the client and senior stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and development.
- Monitor and analyse key SEO metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the SEO department.
- Ensure continuous professional development of the SEO team.
- As a guide 3 years+ experience in SEO.
- Ability to leverage tools and processes to further improve our product and service offering.
- Advocate and demonstrable impact on insights and delivery.
