About The Role
The Analyst, Operations â Business Applications is a dynamic team player who plays a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing support of Welltower's Yardi CRM and RentCafĂŠ modules. The ideal candidate works crossâfunctionally to streamline the sales process and improve operational efficiencies. The role requires working within a highâdemand, performanceâdriven environment that focuses on implementing scalable solutions aligned with the company's overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives.
- Provide expertise in designing and optimizing resident journeys, ensuring standardization.
- Work closely with the Yardi Implementation team and thirdâparty data consultants in the execution of the CRM and RentCafĂŠ modules.
- Work closely with AVP, Operations in the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs across multiple mediums.
- Contribute to maintaining project plans and timelines.
- Conduct comprehensive training to ensure proficient CRM and RentCafĂŠ system use.
- Provide ongoing support addressing issues and continuously optimizing workflows.
- Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve challenges.
- Implement quality assurance processes.
- Understand and foster crossâprogram and crossâfunctional dependencies to champion execution success and maximize value capture.
- Establish best practices and ensure solution delivery adheres to defined standards.
- Manage business case or approved budget by controlling spend related to oneâtime and recurring costs while generating value or earnings by driving ROI.
- Develop regular and thorough status communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to facilitate resolutions.
Minimum Requirements
Skills / Specialized Knowledge
- Ability to manage portfolios of work.
- Solid understanding of project management and agile practices, with the ability to teach and coach others.
- Keen ability to engage and work with different teams.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and communications skills.
- Effective documentation and reporting skills.
Experience
- At least 4 years of operations, financial, or technology implementation.
- Strong understanding of customer journey design and best practices.
- Proven experience working on complex CRM implementation projects.
- Preferred experience with Yardi's CRM, RentCafĂŠ and associated modules.
- Project Management and Technical Support experience.
- Experience planning and working on implementations of system changes in a SOX environment is preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification strongly preferred.
Travel
Outâofâarea and overnight travel should be expected as outlined in specific projects for which this role will engage.
