This position will be responsible for overseeing multiple complex senior housing capital projects throughout the United Kingdom. You will manage approximately 3-5 projects at any given time, depending on scope and complexity, and will oversee contractors, construction schedules, and communicate with project stakeholders. This is a REMOTE role, ideally based in the United Kingdom.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily on-site activities for multiple projects, coordinate and participate in project meetings with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to discuss progress, problems, and schedules.
- Serve as the primary contact for all renovation activities.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure safety, supervise contractors, escalate risks, and maintain property integrity.
- Set expectations and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, safe, and conform to scope and contracts.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, conduct final inspections, and ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures.
- Prepare and update project status reports, process invoices and change orders, and track progress.
- Assist in developing scopes of work, timelines, and planning for redevelopment projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience; knowledge of real estate construction is a plus.
