About the Role

The Analyst, Operations – Business Applications will drive the implementation and ongoing support of Welltower’s Yardi Maintenance IQ module. You will work cross‑functionally to streamline maintenance workflows and improve operational efficiencies, operating in a high‑demand, performance‑driven environment aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and leverage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to meet strategic business objectives.
• Design and optimize maintenance inspections and work orders, ensuring standardization.
• Collaborate closely with the Yardi Implementation team and third‑party data consultants to execute the Maintenance IQ implementation.
• Work with the AVP, Operations to develop and implement comprehensive training programs across multiple mediums.
• Maintain project plans and timelines, providing comprehensive training for system use.
• Provide ongoing support, addressing issues and continuously optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to resolve challenges and implement quality assurance processes.
• Foster cross‑program and cross‑functional dependencies to champion execution success and maximize value capture.
• Establish best practices and ensure solutions adhere to defined standards.
• Manage business case or approved budget by controlling spend related to one‑time and recurring costs while generating value or earnings by driving ROI.
• Develop regular and thorough status communications for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to facilitate resolutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to manage portfolios of work.
• Strong understanding of project management and agile practices, with the ability to teach and coach others.
• Keen ability to engage and work with different teams.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and communication skills.
• Effective documentation and reporting skills.

Experience

• At least 3 years in operations, financial, or technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of customer journey design and best practices.
• Proven experience with complex maintenance implementation projects.
• Preferred experience with Yardi’s Maintenance IQ and associated modules.
• Project Management and Technical Support experience.
• Preferred experience planning and working on system changes in a SOX environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification (strongly preferred).
