As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of a small, well-functioning team who support our ongoing operations. The position offers challenges in a busy environment and is based onshore in Aberdeen. Some travel may be required for training and supporting operational requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Have a high focus on safety and work in accordance with HSE regulations at all times.
- General maintenance of Welltec tools including redressing, electrical checks, fault finding, repairing, and modifying non-conforming equipment.
- Ability to identify and communicate technical problems and perform complex tests with minimal instruction.
- Maintain records and communications as required by Company procedures.
- Participate actively in quality improvement efforts associated with Welltec Tools.
- Drive forklift (training will be given if required).
- Be part of an on-call system and have a flexible approach to working overtime at short notice.
- Assembly and mobilization of equipment.
- Conduct all activities in accordance with the Integrated Management System Policy, Procedures and Work Instructions.
The candidate:
- Competent with mechanical and hydraulic systems – Able to assemble, test, and maintain hydraulic systems components according to engineering instructions, technical manuals.
- Competent with electrical testing equipment and the ability to understand electrical wiring diagrams.
- Highly motivated individual who is willing to work under pressure and in varying conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
- Hold a current driving license.
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Positive and creative appearance with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Must have strong communication skills, capable of liaising with different departments within Welltec.
- Must be willing to work overtime as and when required, particularly during busy periods, to support business needs.
