To further strengthen and support our operations offshore North Sea, Denmark and on the European Continent, we are looking for highly motivated Field Engineers/Senior Field Engineers/General Field Engineers.

The department: Our Aberdeen & Esbjerg teams are growing, and we are looking for your help. We are a close‑knit team, and the atmosphere is busy and hectic but at the same time casual and friendly. We work hard to meet the deadlines set by our customers and we don’t mind putting in an extra effort to exceed expectations.
The position: Key responsibilities include:
- Train and act as mentors for new Field personnel
- Prepare and execute onshore and offshore operations across the UK/European Continent
- Perform job load‑out and rig up/down at wellsite, both land and offshore environments
- Follow detailed processes and procedures to maintain an industry leading level of service quality
- Uphold a high level of customer service at all times
- Undertake technical, safety, and shop/office responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager
- Maintain equipment and facilities in an orderly and workable condition
- Ability or desire to stand in as an EIC as and when required
The candidate should:
- Actively participate in training of other Field personnel on location and on wellsite
- Advise service company personnel on Welltec equipment, services, and procedures
- Have experience in E‑line operations and/or logging tools
- Have experience from Down Hole Isolation
- Be a highly motivated individual who approaches challenges with a positive, “can‑do” attitude and is willing to work under pressure and in varying remote conditions
- Be IT confident, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, and capable of quickly learning bespoke software
- Be able to meet the standard requirements for offshore travel
- Have the legal right to work throughout the European Union
