The position involves planning and executing operations for Welltec UK. Responsibilities include ensuring all documentation is kept up to date, planning and executing pre-job tests including SIT/test/Qualification reports, organising and coordinating teams of Field Staff, and ensuring service quality within the region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both technical and leadership skills to deliver Welltec’s optimal service quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Having a high focus on safety and working in accordance with HSE regulations at all times.
  • Planning project jobs together with all necessary staff and internal departments.
  • Directly supervising and managing the crew wellsite.
  • Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure tools arrive and are allocated on time.
  • Occasionally participating in offshore inspections.
  • Training of Field staff and actively participating in mentoring new Field staff.
  • Participating in SDM-meetings.
  • Conducting and reviewing investigation reports.
  • Providing technical feasibility and advisory services.
  • Being part of an on-call rotation.
  • Having close interaction with customers.
  • Participating in sales exhibitions and sales meetings when required.

The candidate should have experience from operations with a wide range of Welltec tools, a minimum of 3 years of experience within wireline and e-line operations, great attention to detail, sound technical knowledge of all Welltec applications, excellent communication skills, and leadership qualities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs and relevant Welltec software is required, along with the capability to work alone or as part of a dynamic team as needed.
