Senior Marketing Manager Luxury Real Estate Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per annum Based: Central London Start: ASAP We’re on the hunt for a strategic marketing leader with experience in luxury property or the built environment for an exciting opportunity with a leading boutique property consultancy specialising in residential property development and luxury hospitality. This client facing role with lots of autonomy will give you the chance to work at the coal face with high-calibre clients and pioneers in the UK and international luxury development sphere. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with the support of a very friendly team, utilising your extensive knowledge of strategies, channels and branding to create memorable campaigns that drive growth and raise project awareness, organise promotional events and collaborations to enhance engagement, keep on top of market information and consumer trends to inform your strategy, oversee all content creation, create and manage budgets, analyse and report on campaign results, manage the relationship with digital agencies and PRs in line with strategy, and have oversight of two direct reports who will assist you with day-to-day support. No two days will be the same in this busy role which would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively in a smaller company and is happy to travel oversees to meet clients and visit projects as part of their role. Ideally you’ll have proven experience in a marketing manager role, preferably in the luxury real estate or branded residences sectors, a passion for driving successful growth and raising awareness for brands, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a track record in strategic leadership.
