Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: £25,510 – £28,316 per annum
Location: Hybrid & West / North Yorkshire
Full Time, Permanent

What you’ll do

  • Proactively search for and pool talent for senior and specialist, live and future vacancies
  • Work as a team to reduce agency spending and raise brand awareness in key markets
  • Partner with the Recruitment Manager to complement other direct sourcing methods and develop talent pools for key future vacancies
  • Review continuous improvement projects and share ideas
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, being on hand to assist when needed
  • Uphold the Trust\’s commitment to safeguarding children and young people by championing safer recruitment standards
  • Promote EDI and maintain continuous education on best practices

Qualifications

  • Continuous improvement experience
  • Previous experience taking recruitment manager briefs on key roles
  • Proven experience searching for candidates using a variety of platforms and qualifying candidates before presenting them to stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Firm understanding of advertising content and methods, able to generate ideas and trial them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Recruitment / Resourcer or admin experience in education advantageous
  • Working in a hybrid role, flexibility is key to cover the needs of our schools and fulfil the role
