Overview
As the Trust continues to grow, this is a leadership position responsible for assisting with the strategic and day-to-day operational functions of both schools. The successful post-holder will work closely with the Trust central team to ensure robust financial health, compliance, and operational excellence. You will be the architect of the schools\β business infrastructure, ensuring that resources are optimized to support teaching and learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the business and operational functions of two welcoming, community-orientated primary schools.
- Work with the Trust central team to ensure robust financial health, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Act as a role model for staff, stakeholders, and visitors; promote a cooperative, collegial ethos.
- Enhance office systems and processes to drive continuous improvement in the \βbusiness of education\β and support school improvement.
- Ensure accurate data management and deadlines, including using Arbor MIS (or similar) with a single source of truth for staff and student information.
- Balance workloads across two sites while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic outlook.
Qualifications and qualities
- Deep commitment to leadership, forward-thinking and innovation within school administration.
- Experience with MIS systems (Arbor MIS or similar) and meticulous attention to data integrity and timeliness.
- Strong organizational and multi-site management skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
- Ability to work within a cooperative, collegial ethos at all times.
