You will lead with senior colleagues and the SENCO, designing personalised pathways to re-engage pupils and improve wellbeing in a positive environment.
As a member of the Extended Leadership Team, you will line manage staff, oversee off-site provisions and serve as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
