Key Responsibilities
- Trilingual Communication: Serve as a point of contact, facilitating clear, professional communication (written and verbal) between faculty, parents, students, and external interest holders in Thai and Mandarin.
- Office Management: Oversee daily administrative workflow, maintain organized systems (digital and physical), and manage student applications and documentation.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate school events (e.g., parent‑teacher conferences, student interviews), and handle travel arrangements when necessary.
- Document Handling: Prepare and edit official documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and strict confidentiality across all three required languages.
- Educational Support: Apply knowledge of school procedures and educational principles to assist with student record management, assessment scheduling, or curriculum documentation support, as needed by the department.
Qualifications
- Citizenship Requirement: Must be a Thai National (สัญชาติไทย).
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Education (e.g., B.Ed., M.Ed.) is highly preferred, or a degree in Business Administration/Management combined with significant experience in an educational setting.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent and professional working proficiency in Thai, Chinese (Mandarin), (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office management role, preferably within a school or international organization.
- Skills: High proficiency in the Google Suite or equivalent tools. Must possess excellent organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
