Overview
As a Lead Java Software Engineer in Wells Fargo’s Corporate & Investment Banking transformation, you will guide multi-year modernization of critical Capital Markets platforms to improve scalability and risk transparency. You will work within the CIB division to shape architecture and execution, delivering high-impact technology outcomes. Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex initiatives within technical domains and contribute to large-scale strategy planning
- Design, code, test, debug, and document projects including upgrades and deployments in the technology domain
- Review technical challenges and evaluate technologies and procedures for effective solutions
- Resolve issues and lead a team to meet client needs while adhering to policies and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve challenges and achieve objectives
- Lead projects and provide guidance to less experienced staff
- Act as escalation point and ensure delivery of high-impact business outcomes through technology innovation
