Wells Fargo is looking for a Principal Business Execution Consultant to spearhead global initiatives that ensure our recording and retention capabilities meet the highest standards of regulatory excellence. In this role, you will:
- Be a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders, guiding strategic decisions on recording and retention technologies (voice, eComms, messaging).
- Lead global initiatives to ensure compliance with complex, multi-jurisdictional regulations (e.g., GDPR, SEC, FCA, FINRA, MAS, APRA).
- Deploy and optimize retention technologies that support compliance-by-design principles and withstand regulatory scrutiny.
- Drive cross-functional execution using Agile and product management methodologies to deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders in compliance, legal, audit, and risk to ensure solutions are secure, resilient, and audit ready.
- Communicate with impact, delivering executive-level updates on program status, risks, and strategic direction.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

- Expertise in global regulatory frameworks and a proven ability to interpret and operationalize data retention and surveillance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Hands-on experience with recording and retention technologies, including voice, email, and messaging platforms.
