In this role, you will lead the coordination of complex delivery across multiple engineering and product teams, ensuring solutions are delivered in line with SDLC standards, enterprise controls, and regulatory expectations, while maintaining predictability and quality at scale. You will work in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and third‑party vendors, playing a central role in ensuring releases are well‑governed, compliant, and production‑ready.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead delivery through strategic decision-making, resolving coordination issues across products to meet deliverables.
  • Identify and drive strategies for product planning, dependency coordination, and delivery performance improvement, coordinating planning, sequencing, and execution across multiple teams.
  • Maintain release plans, milestones, delivery artefacts, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation and escalation.
  • Collaborate with and influence Product Managers, Technology Managers, Business Service Leaders, and control partners, aligning backlog readiness, delivery sequencing, and supporting audit- and regulator-ready outcomes.
  • Prepare and present delivery status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management policies, driving release readiness to meet SDLC, ECM, security, non-functional, and regulatory requirements.
  • Act as a coach for Agile and Product ways of working, fostering a culture of talent development, continuous improvement, and supporting post-release review and lessons learned.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to meet commitments and align with strategic Technology Delivery objectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Technology Delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
  • Management or leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering or supporting regulated communications platforms, including archive, surveillance, retention, or voice recording.
  • Strong working knowledge of SDLC, release management, and technology risk controls.
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks impacting electronic communications (e.g., FCA, PRA, MiFID II, SEC 17a‑4).
  • Experience managing vendor‑delivered technology or platform implementations.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills with experience managing delivery risks and dependencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing delivery updates and governance materials.
