- Support team and wider Operations projects, including user acceptance testing and implementation activity.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members where required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in FCM, cleared derivatives or capital markets operations.
- Experience working in an Operations team supporting FCM flows, cleared derivatives processing and related business activity.
- Knowledge of reconciliation platforms and processes, with experience using tools such as Xceptor or IntelliMatch preferred.
Desired Qualifications:

Job Expectations:
- Deliver timely and accurate processing of daily derivative lifecycle events in line with operational controls and deadlines.
- Support firm-wide and team-specific initiatives, including testing, implementation and post-implementation support.
- Maintain awareness of industry and regulatory developments that may impact FCM clearing activity.
- Review and update team procedures to ensure they remain accurate, current and aligned to process and system changes.
