The AnaCredit programme is focused on remediating historical data quality, reporting accuracy, and control weaknesses in line with European Central Bank (ECB) and Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) requirements. Given the complexity of the framework and the time-bound nature of regulatory commitments, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring successful delivery, regulatory compliance, and sustainable operating model improvements.

The position requires deep subject matter expertise in AnaCredit reporting, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively within a complex, cross-functional regulatory environment.

  • Perform detailed data analysis and validation across large datasets to identify, investigate, and remediate data quality issues.

  • Contribute to the design and implementation of enhanced controls and governance over regulatory reporting outputs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership in relation to AnaCredit reporting and remediation strategy.
  • Support transition from remediation to business-as-usual operations, ensuring ongoing stability and compliance.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs under tight regulatory timelines, operating with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial/Regulatory Reporting, Data Analytics, or Risk Reporting, demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
  • Deep knowledge of AnaCredit reporting frameworks, including hands-on experience in remediation or regulatory delivery programmes.
  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting systems such as Axiom SL ControllerView (or similar platforms).

  • Experience supporting assurance activities, including validation of regulatory outputs and control frameworks.
  • Proven experience in designing or operating data lineage / data traceability frameworks.
  • Experience within data governance and data issue management environments.

  • Solid knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and reporting landscape.
  • Understanding of risk and control frameworks within regulatory reporting functions.

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functions to drive process improvement and change.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to operate effectively both independently and within a team environment.
