Wells Fargo is seeking an International Technology Change & Governance Lead to support technology delivery and governance across International regions, including Europe, Asia and Canada. The role partners closely with regional business stakeholders, Enterprise business-aligned CIO teams, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Technology Risk teams to deliver technology-enabled capabilities aligned with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Provide PMO and change governance oversight across a portfolio of international technology initiatives.
- Act as a primary liaison between in-region business partners and global technology teams.
- Collaborate to help creation of business systems analysis activities including requirements gathering, solution design support, and delivery coordination.
- Prepare and distribute executive-ready reporting covering incident management, project status, risks, issues, and remediation actions.
- Coordinate governance, controls, and compliance alignment across change, incident, and delivery activities.
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to resolve blockers and drive delivery outcomes end-to-end.
- Support regional technology regulatory reporting requirements and audit interactions.
- Oversee incident and problem management tracking, including trend and root cause analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and transparency.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Systems Data, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education.
- Experience in technology change, PMO, business systems analysis, or technology governance roles.
- Strong experience supporting both application and infrastructure technology initiatives within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage portfolio-level reporting, governance cadence, and senior stakeholder communications.
- Experience working across international regions with awareness of regulatory and risk considerations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience.
- Working knowledge of project delivery and implementation practices, including use of Jira or similar tools.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting technology delivery across Europe, Asia Pacific and Canadian Regions.
- Demonstrated experience with service quality, resilience, and cost management frameworks.
- Ability to operate with independent judgement in ambiguous environments and develop risk-aware recommendations.
- Exposure to AI-enabled productivity or reporting tools and automation of governance processes.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for executive reporting and analysis.
- Experience preparing monthly and quarterly governance or regulatory reporting packs.
