Summer Analyst Program 2027

The program duration is 10 weeks starting in late June 2027 and is designed to provide you with the unique opportunity to discover our CIB business, culture & how we collaborate to deliver solutions for our clients. The program offers organised activities such as classroom training & networking opportunities to boost your professional development. In addition to working alongside employees who are experts in their respective products & coverage, you will complete a major project & present to a panel of senior leaders at the end of the program.

Markets

Our Global Markets team delivers a comprehensive set of capital market products and solutions to the broader Wells Fargo customer base, ranging from distribution of public debt and equity products to hedging interest rates, credit, and equity risks.

Within EMEA Markets you may be placed in one of the following lines of business:

  • Equities
  • Cash Equities
  • Equity Research Sales
  • FX
  • Investment, Financing & Solutions
  • Spread (Credit)
  • Structured Product Group (ABS)
  • Rates
  • Economics

Required

  • Penultimate year of university with an expected graduation date of no later than June 2028
  • Demonstratable interest in finance through work experience or extra-curricular achievement
  • A record of academic excellence
  • Have the relevant right to work in the UK or EEA

Desired

  • A personality that is engaging, flexible, organised, conscientious, initiative-taking, & detail-oriented
  • An ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines & achieve goals, all whilst working in a dynamic & complex environment
  • Ability to quickly evaluate and solve analytical problems, with a basic understanding of mathematical principles
