Position Overview
Working alongside our knowledgeable Pharmacists and store teams, you will help deliver pharmacy processes efficiently to ensure our customers receive excellent care.
The role requires a high level of competence to safely dispense medication and serve as an expert resource for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient pharmacy processes and ensure safe dispensing of medication.
- Act as the expert resource customers can rely on for pharmacy advice.
- Build relationships with customers and meet their unique healthcare needs.
- Collaborate with Pharmacists and store teams to maintain quality service.
Qualifications
- Either a Trainee Pharmacy Assistant or a Qualified Pharmacy Assistant.
- For the Qualified Pharmacy Assistant role, must hold an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification.
- Friendly, organised, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
