Job Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Telesales in leading the team to achieve sales targets
- To create and maintain positive working relationships with the field sales teams
- To drive continuous improvement within the team
- Assist in leading daily tasks e.g Stuck Orders/Offers/redistribution of call-sheets etc
- To help coach and motivate team-members by way of call-reviews/trading report reviews/ongoing sales reviews etc
- To assist team members in dealing with queries/complaints
- To lead the team when the Head of Telesales is on holiday
We are looking for an experienced and driven Telesales Team Lead to support the Head of Telesales in leading a customer focused sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated telesales professional with strong leadership skills to help drive performance, develop colleagues, and deliver exceptional service to our pharmacy customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in motivating, coaching and supporting a flexible, multi-skilled team, ensuring sales targets are achieved whilst maintaining outstanding customer service standards. You will champion continuous improvement, foster a positive team culture, and lead by example in a fast paced and competitive marketplace.
Requirements
- Expertise in the use of Navision ERP system
- Strong microsoft excel skills including ability to produce reports
- Experience working in pharmacy / healthcare telesales
- Ability to support customers through the sales journey
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Customer complaint resolution experience
