Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy in Honicknowle, Plymouth. The pharmacy operates 9:00am–6:00pm, Monday‑Friday, dispensing approximately 1,000 items per week and providing NHS and private services, including care for substance misuse patients.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medication and over‑the‑counter products accurately.
- Provide medication counselling and health advice to patients.
- Support private and NHS services, including substance misuse patient care.
- Maintain inventory, ensure compliance with GPhC regulations, and support a team of two dispensers, one trainee, and a technician.
- Collaborate with local GP surgery and participate in pharmacy visits.
Qualifications
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- Current GPhC registration (required at start).
- Management experience desired but not essential.
