We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our team in Balderton, Newark.
The role involves managing daily operations, supervising staff and ensuring the highest standard of pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the pharmacy team, including 3 part‑time qualified pharmacy assistants.
- Ensure accurate dispensing and provision of 4,000+ items per week.
- Deliver NHS and private services such as flu vaccinations and community blister management.
- Work with local GP surgeries and health centres to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain pharmacy compliance and quality standards.
- Provide support and mentorship to staff, including ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- Management experience in a community pharmacy setting.
- GPh C registration in good standing by start date.
- Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
