Your role as Team Leader / Supervisor:
We are looking for a talented, motivated and passionate Front of House Team Leader to lead our team in delivering an exceptional customer experience and a mouth-watering food offering.
Team Leader duties include:
- Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
- Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
- Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
- Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
