Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion.
- Take pride in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Adhere accurately and consistently to portion controls.
- Carry out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions.
- Ensure the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest of standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months chef experience.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
