You'll
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and engaging culture.
- Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the pharmacy, ensuring it runs efficiently and effectively.
- Drive business performance by growing prescriptions, retail sales, profitability and local market share.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure every customer receives a welcoming, professional experience.
- Recruit, coach and develop colleagues, helping them reach their full potential.
- Build strong relationships with local customers, GP surgeries and healthcare professionals, making your pharmacy an important part of the local community.
- Work closely with the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure the pharmacy operates safely, ethically and in line with all regulatory requirements.
