Your main responsibilities as an Accuracy Checking Technician will be to assist the Pharmacist in managing the day‑to‑day running of the dispensary, allocating work to Dispensing Technicians and Dispensing Assistants to ensure the efficient and safe running of the dispensary. You will manage stock levels, provide healthcare advice at the counter, assist with sales, general store duties, product displays, cash transactions, act as the first point of contact for customers, manage high‑volume dispensing transactions for local care homes, and address operational queries from GP surgeries.
Qualifications
You should have an Accuracy Checking qualification and an NVQ/QCF Level 3 equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services, along with GPhC registration.
