D'Parys - our flagship pub, resides in the very town of our Grandfather’s brewery.

Serving up beers made from the local water, our charming and charismatic pub and hotel is nestled in Bedford’s Victorian ‘urban vista’ of De Parys avenue.

This magnificent site is nearby to the Bedford Park, bustling town centre, a short walk from the area’s proudest landmark (the Bedford Embankment) and just a fifty-minute train ride to the country’s capital.

  • Position
  • Taking responsibility for the customer journey, ensuring their experience is second to none
  • Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
  • Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
  • Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues
  • Being a supportive and proactive leader

Requirements

You will need to demonstrate

  • Previous Leadership experience in a hospitality or customer facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
  • A result driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your teams
