Your role as Assistant Manager includes:
- Supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site in accordance with established company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Motivating and inspiring your team through a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Ongoing training and development of the team.
- Driving sales by maintaining excellent standards and exceeding customer expectations.
- Maintaining front of house standards and driving excellence in food, hotel, service, and drink quality.
- Adhering to all legislative requirements for people, safety, and licensing.
- Conducting regular stock counts and comparing to usage reports including waste records to identify opportunities for tighter control.
