Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Acle in Norfolk. This community pharmacy is commutable from Norwich and is located on the high street. It has a good relationship with the local GP surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense approximately 7,000 items per month.
  • Dispense 20 community blisters.
  • Provide services such as Pharmacy First, NHS, Hypertension, DMS and support up to 3 substance misuse patients.
  • Operate pharmacy hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm Monday‑Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm Saturday.
  • Work as part of a dynamic team that includes a Team Leader and two trainees.

Required Qualifications

Must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent. Management experience is desirable but not essential. A GPhC registration is required at the start of employment.

Additional Support

Consistent rota planning and geographic coverage are provided. You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits. We have invested in new technologies, including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing, to help you focus on quality care.

We prioritise mental health and wellbeing; all field managers have completed the Mental Health Awareness course to support staff.
