We are seeking to appoint a qualified and experienced Head of Human Resources (HR) who will support and advise the Bursar and Head Master, while providing an effective, efficient and excellent HR service to the School. It is essential that you are experienced in managing a full range of HR matters, providing an HR service to the whole School, identifying HR priorities and recommending appropriate people management solutions to support business aims.
You will provide expert professional advice and support to managers and staff covering all aspects of Employment Law, applying best practice at all times reflecting the School’s desire to be an employer of choice.
Wells Cathedral School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children; applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers, and obtaining an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services certificate.
