Wells Cathedral School seeks to appoint two dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioners to join our vibrant team at Little Wellies. As a key member of our nursery, you will play a vital role in nurturing the development of our youngest learners within a warm, family‐friendly environment that reflects the school's core CARE values.

This role requires proactive professionals who can balance the delivery of high-quality, creative EYFS provision with good administrative standards and communication. We believe that 'excellence inspires excellence'; your commitment to high-quality, creative EYFS provision will set the foundation for our children to flourish.

Suitable candidates may be interviewed before the closing date, and Wells Cathedral School reserves the right to withdraw the position if an early appointment is made.

Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers, and obtain an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services certificate. As part of the shortlisting process, we will carry out an online search as part of the School's due diligence.

All positions within the School are exempt from the provisions of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. All applicants must declare all previous convictions and cautions, including those normally considered 'spent' except those received for an offence committed in the United Kingdom if it has been filtered in accordance with the DBS filtering rules.
