Wells & Co. on the outskirts of Bedford is seeking a Brewery Operative to maintain a safe, efficient production environment.
You will operate brewery machinery across Packaging, Processing, Brewhouse, and Cellars, follow recipes and SOPs, and ensure quality control throughout the process. You will contribute to daily production plans and continuous improvement efforts while working with the Brewery Team Lead and Head Brewer to deliver high-quality beers.
