We have opportunities for 2 part time sole charge small animal vets to join our friendly and supportive team at Wellpets in Yeovil and Worle. You’ll be warmly welcomed into a close-knit team that prides itself on delivering care tailored to the needs of our local community.
In this role, you’ll work alongside a small, friendly team consisting of RVN, ACA and support staff, ensuring you’re well supported day to day.
A Rota To Suit You
We’re looking for a vet to join our Yeovil practice for 20 hours per week, working Wednesdays and Fridays, with the option to join our Saturday rota every other week from 9am to 12:30pm. At our Worle branch, we can also offer 20 hours spread over four days, with flexibility to shape the role around your availability. Looking for just one or two days? We’d love to hear from you. There’s also the option to work across both sites if you’d prefer, and we’re happy to accommodate school‑friendly hours between 9am and 2pm, as well as being part of the Saturday morning rota. We’re keen to tailor the role to suit your lifestyle and requirements.

We’re happy to build a caseload on your interests, we currently see mostly routine consults and surgery however can broaden our services to suit you, e.g. more complex surgeries. In return we ask that you’re a confident communicator, happy with sole charge, and keen to collaborate with nearby teams and practices.
