The predicted salary is between 60000 - 80000 Β£ per year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our Key Accounts team while building strategic partnerships with some of the UK's most respected hospitality groups. You'll take ownership of key customer relationships, lead and develop a high-performing team, and work closely with colleagues across Sales, Purchasing, Marketing and Operations to drive growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience managing major hospitality customer relationships, ideally in a food led environment
  • Is ready to lead and develop a successful team
  • Thinks strategically and is commercially driven
  • Enjoys collaborating across the business
  • Has a passion for hospitality, food and building long-term partnerships

North West based (within commuting distance of our Nelson head office), with an expectation to be in the office 2-3 days per week and travel to customers across the UK. This role would particularly suit an experienced National Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Regional Sales Manager looking to take the next step into leadership while still maintaining meaningful customer relationships.
