We are seeking a passionate wellness, Spanish-speaking professional to provide one-on-one health behavior change coaching. Some work will be onsite and some will be telephonic. Coach will also assist with promoting interventions onsite at multiple client locations. Utilizing our web-based proprietary software, you will promote a healthy culture and strive to engage employees in the company well-being offerings. This candidate will serve as a wellness ambassador and role model.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide one-to-one onsite health coaching for employees
- Work closely with wellness committees, human resources representatives, and site managers
- Create and oversee health promotion, education, activities, and challenges
- Track health behavior change using proprietary health coaching software
- Conduct in-person health risk assessments and biometric screens (training provided)
Requirements
- Demonstrated health educator experience REQUIRED
- Must speak fluent Spanish
- Exceptional interpersonal, organization, and communication skills required
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with clients and customers
