Deep, hands-on experience designing and building real-time, AI-driven digital humans with full-body movement (360°), integrated end-to-end.
We’re looking for a founding-level, hands-on Advisor/Technical Architect (CTO trajectory) with proven experience delivering this exact system. You’ll curate the architecture and execution across:
- Avatar systems (rigging, animation, real-time rendering)
- AI integration (LLMs, voice synthesis, personality / memory systems)
- Real-time delivery (low latency, mobile optimisation, streaming)
- Scaling realities (performance, GPU cost, infrastructure)
You'll have an established network of providers/potential partners and specialists who can advise or provide services to fill in any gaps and be able to make fast, informed decisions about the most viable direction, with a passionate founder mindset in a tech for good category.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record building 3D full body, digital humans (avatars), with AI integration
- Strong systems thinking across AI + graphics + real-time infrastructure
- Experience delivering production-ready technical roadmaps
- Access to a trusted network of specialists/vendors to accelerate build
- Founder mindset: decisive, adaptable, and motivated by impact
- Ability to make financial decisions on avatar pipeline, latency, GPU and viability to scale
