Wellness Traveller is a wellness-focused online travel business dedicated to helping people travel in a more intentional and fulfilling way. Rather than selling standard trips, we curate and book wellness-led holidays, retreats, spa stays, and transformational experiences across Europe — guided by the emotional motivations behind why people travel. Our model blends technology with human insight: combining an instant-book platform with a high-touch concierge service that helps guests find the right travel experience for their needs. We work with handpicked hotels, retreat leaders, and wellness destinations, and are currently in an exciting phase of growth.
This is a part‐time remote role for a Travel Concierge & Client Advisor with a focus on wellness travel. The role involves assisting clients in planning and booking customised wellness travel itineraries, managing leads, providing fast and exceptional customer support, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable client experience. Daily tasks include managing enquiries via our booking platform, coordinating with wellness travel partners, offering personalised recommendations, and maintaining accurate CRM records and follow‐ups with clients to drive conversion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Concierge Services and Reservations management
- Exceptional Communication skills and Customer Service expertise
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling client inquiries efficiently
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a remote environment (unless living near our Edinburgh office)
- Knowledge of wellness travel trends and destinations is highly desirable
- Familiarity with booking platforms and travel management software is a plus
- Passion for wellness, travel, and creating exceptional client experiences
- English fluency required; German highly desirable. Additional European languages are a bonus.
Compensation
A part‐time, flexible role, circa £35k full‐time equivalent, pro‐rata for part‐time (flexible and scope to broaden the role and increase hours depending on experience).
