The BoTree Wellness Club is a social wellness private members club, blending advanced longevity technology, preventative health and meaningful connection within a luxury hotel setting. At The BoTree, we define luxury through purpose. This is a hands-on, member-facing role supporting the safe operation of our advanced wellness and longevity technologies. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with a customer service or wellness background who is keen to develop their knowledge of longevity technology.

The Role

You will support the day-to-day operation of the club’s wellness technologies, helping members use the equipment safely and confidently while delivering an exceptional luxury service experience. Full training on our technologies, protocols and procedures will be provided.

  • Operating and maintaining advanced longevity and biohacking equipment including:
    • Cryotherapy chambers
    • Red Light Therapy systems
    • Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
    • Infrared saunas
  • Completing routine equipment checks and following trained safety and operating procedures.
  • Identifying and reporting technical issues and liaising with the appropriate team or service partner when required.
  • Supporting members with safe demonstrations, clear explanations and guidance on using the technologies.
  • Working closely with the Wellness and Performance teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
  • Maintaining accurate usage logs, checks and relevant records.
  • Following all health, hygiene, infection control and safety procedures.
  • Developing your knowledge of longevity, wellness technology and biohacking through ongoing training and learning.
  • Maintaining a visible presence within the wellness spaces and supporting members with professionalism, discretion and confidence.

About You

You are warm, confident and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in wellness, longevity and delivering an exceptional member experience. You do not need to be a technical expert - full training will be provided. We are looking for:

  • Previous experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality or customer service is a great starting point.
  • Previous experience with wellness technology or equipment is useful but not essential.
  • A willingness to learn and follow safety, hygiene and operating procedures.
  • Confidence communicating with members and explaining information clearly.
  • A genuine interest in wellness, longevity and health technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to equipment and member safety.
  • Experience within a luxury hotel, private members club, fitness or wellness environment is advantageous but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends where required.
