Job Description
At Wellingtons, we pride ourselves on offering a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children thrive. Our Regent site is home to three dedicated rooms: Babies, Toddlers, and Preschool and is right in the heart of the Rugby community. With access to the local library, parks, and shops, we extend childrens learning beyond the nursery, supporting them to develop skills and confidence for life.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. Youll be part of a supportive group who share a strong ethos of creativity, outdoor play, and personalised learning. Your role will focus on providing high-quality care and education, working as a Key Person, and building meaningful relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent standards of care and education for all children in line with the EYFS
- Take on Key Person responsibilities, including observations, planning, and assessments
- Build strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Support the room team in planning engaging activities that promote curiosity, creativity, and independence
- Promote childrens well-being, safeguarding, and inclusion at all times
- Work closely with colleagues to contribute to a positive and collaborative environment

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
- A passion for childcare and supporting childrens learning and development
